    cancel We are so sorry to hear you are interested in canceling. It is understood that sometimes changes in our lives happen and there is a need to cancel your Paleo Power Meals subscription.  The process of completing orders begins on Fridays and therefore ask that subscriptions be canceled by Thursday. Our reason is simple, as a scratch kitchen we buy ingredients, prepare all parts of your meals from scratch, cook each meal fresh, package them, and prepare them for Monday's shipment. In order to ensure we are able to get your orders to you on time, we ask that all holds/cancellations be completed by Thursday.  If you are unable to hold or cancel the subscription by Thursday but do this after that cutoff. Your order for that week will be made and shipped as usual. You will not receive additional orders until you reactivate your subscription  To hold or cancel a subscription. Sign on to your account and go to “my account.” On the left-hand side there's a menu of links. Choose subscriptions link. Once you have selected subscriptions you can choose to hold the subscription or cancel the subscription.  If you are ever looking for us to serve you again. We are here for you!
      subscriptionIt all starts with you telling us what nutritional lifestyle you are embarking on; Keto, Paleo, Plant-Based, or Clean.  Take some time to browse the menu for your desired nutritional lifestyle. Each meal will inform you of any special features including gluten-free, soy-free, antibiotic-free, and so on.  We prepare meals with all fresh ingredients Friday through Sunday, to be prepared for Monday pick-up. In order to get our meals out to you for the Monday delivery, we need all orders completed by Thursday night.  All orders will default to Subscription to ensure the lowest possible cost to you. You will have the option to choose a one-time order if you would like to test out our flavor profile. If you choose to keep the subscription, you can freeze or cancel at any time with no obligation. Subscription orders will remain the same every week unless you log in to your account and make changes.  Our meals will last you 14 days in the refrigerator and 6 months in the freezer. Each meal arrives pre-cooked but will require heating before eating. We recommend preheating the oven to 350 and cooking for 5 to 7 minutes for best results. Remember to remove the food from all packaging and put it in oven-safe cookware. If speed is your game, you can put it in the microwave for up to two minutes. We recommend leaving the meal in the vacuum skin to help steam the food for best results.

Although we do everything in our power to ensure meals are properly secured and have sufficient cooling for travel, we cannot always guarantee there will not be delays or damage during delivery. Because of this we have partnered with Route. This partnership makes sure any customer that experiences a problem during delivery will get their money back. It is our priority to ensure that each customer gets their meals fresh and free of any damage. This partnership allows you to feel safer in knowing that your decision to join the Paleo Power Meals team is backed by Route protection. Add package protection at checkout and rest assured you’ll be covered in case your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Keep your eye out at checkout to ensure Route has been added. Once you add Route to your subscription, you will never have to do it again. This service will automatically be added to each order after.
